I eat coffee and a croissant for breakfast. I dont really starve myself and I eat whenever I want. I have been a fitness geek even when I was younger. And I mean about 20 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. But this product really has doubled what I normally would lose taking Creatine or another product. But, I think you really have to have some sort of physical activity. I got Mel a bottle about 2 months ago, and she walks to work and walks back home. We work downtown. So, it's about 35 minutes a day. She has lost 22 lbs as of last Wednesday. I dont think it works if you dont have any activities. My sister did no lose any at all.
Ok, so they are pills? For some reason in my head I was thinking bars (like snack bars).
Right now I am doing hot yoga about 4-5 times a week and next week I'm starting the Grouse Grind once a week, which I usually try and keep up all summer.
The hard part for me is snacking... we always have yummy food at work and my boyfriend loves to eat out all the time, which ALWAYS includes dessert.
UGH

Same thing with me. I am quite active. I just never lost this much weight.
Carrie, before she started on it, researched the product. It is apparently 100% natural (dont quote me on that), and it's just for females. You can probably even check online comments on this product.
Before I started taking Slim Quick pills, I still worked out the same (and with that for a year, I lost about 20 lbs). After I took slim quik, not only do I notice the changes, everybody else has. I just kept the same diet and workout schedule.
Carrie has decided to take 1 pill every time instead of 2 (recommended) because her weightloss was so rapid, she was concerned.
So, I guess we always have to be careful with what additives we take for dieting.
What's the deal? Do you eat it just for breakfast? Or lunch too?
I'm going to Walmart next week... maybe I'll check it out.
