My answer would be NO.

If you still have Old Blogger, and considering on moving to Blogger Beta, I really would not recommend it. Blogger Beta still has a long way to go when it comes to providing its Bloggers all the cool functionality that you see with Word Press and TypePad.

Instead, consider moving your blog to WordPress. You'll get a lot more functionality and some cool hacks that you'll never be able to get with Blogger Beta. Visit their website and you will be able to get step by step direction on how to move your Old Blogger. It is quite simple, quick and will benefit you more. Here are just some hacks that you can get over there: effective spam blockers, flexibility in category and tag controls, nice comment widgets, rate this article, a gazillion of templates to chose from and more.

The reason why I am telling you this now before you move to Blogger Beta, is because once you have moved to Blogger Beta, it is very difficult to move to WordPress. Unless you have a little bit of programming background, you'll find it a challenge. And really, what does Blogger Beta offer you? They are so behind when it comes to Blogging technology. Who-pi-do you get Categories and Tags. These have been offered for a long time through WordPress.

I didn't get to listen to that article, but from my experience with just reading Blogger Beta blogs (I don't use one) I wouldn't be changing either. I just can't see the benefits, it sucks!

I just realized that the "listen to" bit was about the blog post and not a link. Sorry 'bout that. Really, I'm not an idiot.

    Diva,
Since the mandatory move over to the New Version of Blogger (no longer in beta). I have found everything the same as before on the old blogger. The templates remained in the Classic format. On some of my blogs I wanted to use the Customized Design for the new features and they all seem to be working great also.

I would like to open a WordPress blog just to see how that compares, so I'll check it out soon. Thanks for the link.

QueenieCarly, did I mention I really like your blog? I guess that's the advantage of WordPress for you...

    Thanks for dropping by.

Sherry, I personally do not use WordPress, but my fiance does, so I help him out a bit to customize his. I have just gone from Blogger (which this blog is) and moved over to Joomla. Bypassed WordPress totatlly.

You've got a great entrepeneur spirit with your blogs.....

If you need any help with WordPress let me know. You'll find that you will get more functionality with what you are aiming to do with your sites.

    Thanks for dropping by.
