Corinna is moving back to Vancouver folks. She already has moved her stuff to her folks house and is now living temporarily in Surrey.
This is great because she lives not even a quarter a mile from me. And this would be so much fun company. Lem was nice enough to be a sport to drive us around at last minute notice. Her, being single and all, we wanted to find a bar that had some nice looking men.
First stop, Foggy Dew Richmond. Some cute men. A lot older than her though. The regular band was nowhere to be found. We had our Vodka Blueberry's and off we went for a better night spot.
Second stop, River Rock Casino in Richmond. We hung around by the bar / lounge. Got there at 11PM. No place to sit. Drinks are pretty pricey. The cover band was great playing tunes from the 70's and 80's. It's like Matches all over again, but with the lights on. You know what I mean?
Anyway, we ended up at an old hangout - Saigon Fusion in Vancouver. Drinks were mostly on the house because of old friends. I bumped into the former owner of the restaurant taking a night off from doing nothing (most likely). Had my salsa dance with Lem. He sang a song during the karaoke section - All the Small Things. And got the crowd hyped up. He's so, so cool.
Corinna had a good time. We both got drunk. Lem had to babysit us on the way home. Bought us some greasy Mickey D fries to absorb all the excess liquid.
Hang Over's pretty tough right now. I'll probably look at this post tomorrow and not remember writing it.
