After much playing around with the Amazon Omakase ads, I realized last week how they really work.

This really got me excited because if I had to see another Cardio Strip Ad on my sites, I was ready to strip it all off. The ads I mean. Off my sites. Not me, strip. Oh what the hell. It's midnight....

So, I did a little bit of experimenting and I was really disappointed at Amazon in finding out that I was right. I decided to search Amazon for the items that I prefer to showcase on my site. And that's all it took. The ads are still not showing appropriate content ads, but at least, they are showing the ads that I want.
