So, there is still hope for me at last!Today is just one of those days that I would just love to jump back to bed .... and sleep. Sleep until tomorrow has come and gone. Unfortunately I have spent all of last night tossing and turning again. If I'm not mistaken, I've slept a total of 2 hours and probably 7 hours total in the last 3 days.
Before I slept last night I checked my new press releases and found an article on Sleep Doctor Michael Breus - Bloggers Challenge to Sleep Better... And to Write About Their Results. Dr. Breus is the author of "Good Night: the Sleep Doctor's 4-Week Program to Better Sleep and Better Health", co-founder of Sound Sleep Solutions and developer of the Sleep Advantage® program in the Crowne Plaza Hotels. He is WebMD's sleep expert and sleep disorders blogger and an AOL Health and Wellness Coach.
The first thing I did when I cracked open my computer (after I gave up on trying to get some good zzz's) is to send him an email on how to get involved. If I get picked, I'll get a free copy of his book. Once I complete his program, I will need to blog about my efforts and changes. If all goes well, I will be awarded a free half-hour sleep coaching with the doctor.
If I wasn't too tired I'd be jumping up and down and tellin' the whole world. Just not today.
Sleep..... I want to Sleep...... Maybe I need to go back to counting sheep.
